Very Cool Craft Project

A skater showed me this very cool craft project during Dearborn's competition. These are cushioned flip-flops that you can make very easily, for yourself or for a friend.

Start with regular flip-flops. Cut a lot of strips of flannel in as many different colors as you wish (use the same kind of flannel that people use to make those very popular blankets). The strips are about 3/4 inches wide and as long as needed for your foot-size and style-sense - start with about 5 inches then decide if you need longer or shorter). Tie the flannel strips to the straps on the flip-flops.
